How did I not know that you can move around easily in Bash? I`ve been plodding around with the arrow keys all this time. Look at this, its awesome:

Esc + F Move to the next word

Esc + B Move to the previous word

Ctl + A Move to beginning of the line

Ctl + E Move to the end of the line

and my favorite:

Ctl + K Delete from cursor to the end of the line

(Note these keys are for OSX, and you can make your life even easier by mapping Esc to Opt in the preferences for Terminal or iTerm)
